Hi All!

I just wanted to touch base with you and update you on my P90X journey. So last week was a crazy week for me schedule wise and although I probably should have gotten up an hour and a half earlier than I do (5:00 am) to fit in my P90X workout I chose not to.

I ended up doing 3 days of P90x this week and then a fit club workout so that being a total of 4 workouts for the week, which on the P90x program for me just wont do!

Im keeping it real with you guys and I want you to know what my challenges and successes are while doing P90X. The challenge this week was time. I can see this being an issue for many busy people. The solution? Make time! As I said I could have made a choice to go to bed earlier (or Later) and get up earlier and do my daily workout, but I didnt.  I am just as busy if not busier than most people with a job, a business, 4 kids, husband, and running a household, but the plain simple and straight forward truth is that you can find time if it is truly important to you, and this is important to me!

Rather than beat myself up about it I decided to  start week 5 over on Monday. I know I did some of the workouts this week and could just pick up on the day where I left off, but I like for my workout schedule to start on Mondays. It just makes it easier for me to keep up with when it does.

So I have a challenge for you. I challenge you , this week and every week after, to make time for you! Make time to exercise. If it means you have to get up early or stay up late or whatever it means, just do it! Once we decide we are going to do it and then commit to it, then we will see success without doubt.
