Blueberry-PancakesHi Kiddos!

I posted on Facebook asking for an oatmeal and egg white recipe and instead I got this High Protein Flour-less Oatmeal Pancake Recipe  from my friend Kelly Elliot! Kelly has recently lost a considerable amount of weight and has increased her protein intake to aid  in not only helping her reach her goal but maintaining it as well. She has a rockin Hot new body and feels much healthier to boot! I couldn’t be more proud of her :) I am eager to try this High Protein flour-less pancake recipe, and if you try it before me please post in the comments below and let me know what you thought of it!  I am posting in Kelly’s words the recipe :)

Kelly said ” 1 cup of oats

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

2 lg eggs

1tsp vanilla

put in in food processor ( I just use my ninja mixer) and pulse until smooth. Then you can fold in blue berries (I don’t put any in mine) etc and spoon on sprayed griddle and cook like pancakes. You can top with agave nectar or peanut butter. I use peanut butter for more protein. I always make a double batch so I can freeze and just pop in toaster in the mornings… does NOT make that many.”
