You’ve no doubt stumbled across my blog not by sheer coincidence (I don’t believe in coincidences), BUT you were brought here for whatever reason by something greater than both of us and even greater than the search engine that brought you!

Let me just say, I am not a doctor. I am not a nutritionist. I am not a personal trainer. I am not a licensed therapist or counselor.  I am not a master herbalist or homeopath. I am not an athlete. What I am is a woman who woke up one morning and recognized that she hated herself, her body, who she was, how she thought, and decided to change that.

What I share here on my blog is from years of trial and error. Things that work for me may not work for you and vica versa, but OVERALL, EVERYTHING I share will enrich and better your mind, body, spirit, or just life in general if you allow it to.

I am also an Independent Diamond Team Beachbody Coach and Leader. If you check my blog you will find lots of products I have both used, and offer for sale on my Team Beachbody Website www.YourFunCoach.com HOWEVER I am transitioning this blog over to higher quality of content and cleaning it up from the sales vibe that it began to take on.

First and foremost the reasons I became a  coach is #1 I needed to hold myself accountable for my health and fitness and being a coach did that for me , and #2 I want to help empower others to take control of their own lives in every aspect.

On this Life transforming journey, I have learned ALOT about myself and who I was, who I am, and who I want to be.  I discovered early on that I needed to be flexible. I needed whatever changes I made to be something I could live with forever. I also needed to understand that this is a marathon and not a sprint and that to make permanent lifestyle changes from the inside out, mind , body, and spirit, all working together, would take time and that I would need to be patient with the process and understand that It takes time to change and modify bad habits into healthier, more productive habits on all levels.

What I want to bring to you is life changing, mind empowering, soul searching, inspired information, and my own personal testimony of how to take a holistic approach to health and fitness to evolve into a higher quality of life. You can’t just change how you eat. You can’t just exercise. You have to go deep inside yourself and learn to truly love yourself and respect yourself enough to want better and to make it happen even with baby steps.
