Greenberry Shakeology No Bake Tropical Cookie Bites

I have found that Greenberry Shakeology can be quite tart to a chocolate lover. Although I have found that people who dont like chocolate LOVE Greenberry!

I have been on a mission to find the best way to enjoy the Greenberry Shakeology and I think I have a winner!

Even my kids love these and think that they are eating cookies or dessert! I know that when they eat them they are getting vitamins and minerals that they otherwise would not get.

I love the Chocolate Shakeology No Bake Cookies so I came up with a recipe for the Greenberry that I think you will like. This is my own original recipe and you are welcome to use it but NOT submit it as your own ever. I will be submitting it to Beachbody to add to their recipes.

I hope you enjoy it!

Greenberry Shakeology No Bake Tropical Cookie Bites

In a large mixing bowl combine:

1 cup peanut butter or Almond Butter crunchy or creamy (prefferably natural or low fat or low sugar)

1 cup of natural honey

1 cup of quick cooking oats

1 ripe bananna

1/4 cup crushed almonds

1/4 cup coconut

1 tsp maple extract

1 tsp almond extract

1 small package Cheesecake  Flavor sugar free pudding

1 small package lime flavor sugar free jello

1/4 – 1/3 cup almond milk (add a little at a time until not to dry)

1 cup of Greenberry Shakeology

Mix well. Roll into bite size balls (I use about a tsp worth of the mix to make the balls, 4 balls would be a serving). Roll the balls in coconut and almonds or what ever you like. Set on a cookie sheet with wax paper and freeze. Thaw on counter about 2-5  minutes before eating.

I hope you enjoy them as well! Feel free to experiment with other ingredients to your taste. Please comment and let me know how you liked them!
