Hi Boys and Girls,

I was so excited to do my P90X day 13 workout Kenpo X! I did great! I feel stronger and more flexible too.

I am seeingĀ  big improvements in my ability to do this P90X Program. I can see it changing everything about me.

I love the Kenpo X workout because it has alot of kicking and punching. This to me is one of the easier workouts in P90X, although not everyone would agree with me on this. I guess it just depends on the person.

Day 14, well I did take my rest day. I am happy to say that I have done this program without missing a day!!! I am so proud of myself. I have never been this dedicated to a fitness regimen in my life!

I believe if you can make it past day 14 then you will stick with it! You have to go into it with the mindset that you will finish it no matter what. That is what separates you from those that have the body they want. They simply decided they wanted a strong healthy fit body and they were willing to commit and work for it. You can too.

I am so excited to be starting on my week 3! I have almost completed my 1st 30 days! I am so excited! Thanks for showing your support.
