Hello World!

I was able to actually do more posses in my Yoga X workout this week! I also was not able to complete the entire hour and a half session.

I still feel proud that I pushed play and that I did my best. I am seeing more flexibility and more strength in my body as I  complete the moves and poses.

I know that the more I try even if I cant do a particular move, the closer I will be to completing the entire workout with ease =)

I feel like this P90X journey is teaching me things about myself and my body that I never knew.
