Wow! So I did my workout very late last night it was after 11 when I started! Hey I did it and that is all that matters.

I am really feeling it today though. I am sore! I did have my P90X recovery drink after my workout (it is really yummy) I would hate to think how sore I would be if I hadn’t.

So My P90X workout on day5 was Legs and Back and Ab RipperX. I was able to complete the entire workout! I did have to do modifications for the pull ups but I did it. Ab Ripper X was a bit harder still. I did notice I was able to do more of the ab ripper moves than the last time I did ab ripper x which was a few days ago.

Things I have noticed about my body so far…

  • I have more energy
  • I am sore as all get out! lol
  • I am becoming more flexible
  • I am becoming stronger
  • I have definitely lost inches
  • I have absolutely lost weight!
  • I sleep better

What are some things that you have noticed about your body when you started a new workout program?

Well, I am excited for today because I get to do Kenpo X! We have done KenpoX many times in our weekly fit club and I really enjoy it alot. So I already know what this day will be like and it makes me all happy and giddy inside! lol…
