What do you think? Is it better to do cardio for weight loss or is strength training the way to go?

I think this article I came across on Yahoo today gives a great explanation as to what each does for you in terms of burning calories.

I have mixed feelings about the FACTS so to speak. After thinking more about it though I realized that all of the Beachbody programs are created to maximize your calorie burn.
